TIS Boot Camp
The first two days of TIS "Boot Camp" will be held September 3 and 4 at the Buffalo Professional Development and Technology Center, 150 Lower Terrace, from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
The first ever, "Boot Camp" for new District Technology Integration Specialists is being run this fall. The training sessions, offered Wednesday and Thursday of this week and again September 17 and 18, will give new staff an overview of their new support responsibilities.
They will have a chance to meet the district experts in the various knowledge areas and learn where to look and who to contact when they need help.
Wednesday the agenda includes Tandberg administration, DIBELS, sync stations and using School Dude.
Thursday is Acuity training and an introduction to Active Directory.
