Still Having Email Issues?

If you are still having problems accessing webmail or handling attachments using Firefox on your Mac computer, you may need to update your browser. Webmail functions correctly with version 2.0.0.1
Mac laptop users: Please download and install the latest version of Firefox at www.mozilla.com/firefox
Deselect the option for the Google Toolbar. If you need help, please ask your TIS or contact the Help Desk.
Mac desktop users: An updated Firefox will be pushed out to your desktop in the next few days. Please be patient - we have many desktops to update. In the meantime, Safari should work for webmail, if that is installed.
These recent problems were the result of the early change to Daylight Savings Time.
