3. NEW FEATURE ALERT: CLOSED CAPTIONING (top
of page)
Our mission at Atomic Learning is to provide quality training products
that meet the needs of all learners. Our newest product feature speaks to
that mission. We have added closed-captioned capabilities to our tutorials.
Our new closed caption track will allow for the text display of the tutorial
audio track. Of course, this will benefit hearing impaired learners and learners
of English as well as those schools with computer labs and libraries without
headphones for each computer. Our initial closed-caption release covers 15
series. We will be adding the closed captioned capability to all future tutorials
that we release.
4. AL WINS PRESTIGIOUS CODIE AWARD (top of page)
On May 25, Atomic Learning was named a 20th Annual Codie Award winner by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA). Atomic Learning was the sole winner in the category Best Professional Development Product or Service for Educators. The Codie Awards is the longest-running awards program in the software and information industry.
