Mark you calendars. The next in-service will be held Friday, March 9.
The March TIS In-service is scheduled for March 9 at the Buffalo Professional Development and Technology Center, 150 Lower Terrace. The day will begin at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and a Department Update from Bill Russo, Supervisor of Instructional Technology
Part of the morning will focus on math and ELA software now being rolled out in the district. Support Teachers from both departments will be on hand to give us a brief introduction to these titles.
This will be followed by two more sessions in the morning. We will take part in a Webex with Atomic Learning. The web site not only has a new, streamlined look, but many new features. Then Jim Kapsiak, PC and Mac Training consultant, will conduct an Advanced Palm Class. Make sure you bring your Palm with you.
The final session of the day, conducted by Scott Nourse, BPS TIS, will focus on printing problems and solutions.
Lunch will be on your own.
