About The District Technology Help Desk

The Help Desk is located in 809 City Hall. It is the center point of the district technology support system. We handle requests for technology service and repair, equipment requests, problem troubleshooting, networking, district e-mail, and more.

Help Desk Request Form

If you'd like to fill out a help desk form online, please fill out and submit the online help desk request form. If the phones are busy this may be the best way to get your issue resolved. We would prefer to use this option first.

As another option, please call 716-816-3510 to speak with a help desk representative. If the representatives are busy and you are sent to voicemail, please leave a detailed description of the issue, as well as all relevant contact and location information.
