Using your web browser!

Double click the Internet Explorer icon to open up the web browser. Refer to Figure1.

Once Internet Explorer opens to your home page, highlight the address bar and type
printersXXX, where XXX is the building number of your school. In this example we
used School 18, so we typed: printers018. Refer to Figure 2.

This is a similar webpage that should be displayed for your school. For example
purposes, this is school 18’s webpage. Click the printer you want to install based on the
name and description of the printers. Also, note there is a link after the last printer to see
the next 10 printers. Refer to Figure 3.

On the left hand side of the page, under Printer Actions, click on connect to install the
printer. Refer to Figure 4.

You will be prompted to: Add a printer connection, click Yes. Refer to Figure 5.

….and you are all finished. You can now begin printing to that printer.
