Using The Xerox WorkCentre Pro Printers

When you choose Print from an application, the default screen below is shown:
From here you may choose:
- Which printer you wish to print to from the Printer popup menu. You may also add printers from this popup.
- Which Preset you wish to use, if any. Presets are used to save frequently used printer settings- see the presets section for more info.
- How many Copies you wish to print.
- Which Pages you wish to print.
- To save the print job as a PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format)
- To Preview the print job
- To Print the print job.
The Hidden Print Options Menu - Copies & Pages
The popup menu labeled Copies & Pages should be thought of as the Print Options menu. Clicking on this menu will give you access to all of the print options for the chosen printer and application. The following pages will explore the functions of these options, starting with the most used first.
