Printing on the Xerox WorkCentre Pro Printers

Xerox Picture.jpgThe Xerox WorkCentre Pro series of multifuntion devices provide a wide variety of capabilities that can be of great benefit to teachers.

Any of these capabilities can be accessed via the print functions on both the Macintosh and Windows platforms, provided the proper drivers are installed and selected.

Ideally, teacher and other staff can have their class sets of student materials completely finished (back to back, stapled, hole punched, etc... ) and waiting for them when they arrive at the printer.

The original drivers on the Macintosh provide access to these options in a less than obvious manner, so this article will focus on these settings most of all. However, we will also include screenshots and directions for Windows and the new Mac OS X 10.4 drivers (WCP 55, 65, and 75 at this time) as well.

Some of the methods included here (example: Duplexing, aka "back to back) also apply to other types of printers that may include these functions.
