How to create an e-mail signature
This "how to" is aimed at Lotus users who access their e-mail via the web and who have recently upgraded their mail to the iNotes view. The short document walks you through the steps to create a signature that will appear at the bottom of all messages.
Create a New E-mail Signature
Now that your e-mail address has changed, you will want to create a new
signature to append to the bottom of your outgoing mail. This signature usually
contains your name, e-mail address and any other contact information you would
like to share. Some folks include a favorite quote.
Follow these steps:
To create a signature, log on to your e-mail. (It is not necessary to be in your
inbox.)
Click on Preferences in the upper
right hand corner of the browser
window directly above the date.
1
Select Mail from the menu at
the left in the Preferences pane.
