These are the steps to use to locate your 168.xxx.xxx.xx number that an outside entity can use to connect to your Tandberg for a videoconference.
These are the steps to use to locate your 168.xxx.xxx.xx number that an outside entity can use to connect to your Tandberg for a videoconference.
1. In the Main Menu, choose the Control Panel
2. In the Control Panel Menu choose Administrator Settings
3. In Administrator Settings Menu choose Network
4. In Network Menu choose LAN Settings
5. In LAN Menu choose H.323 Settings
6. In the H.323 Setup Page, move to the bottom of the page where it says Advanced H.323 Settings and choose this.
7. Copy the number in the NAT Address box (it starts with 168). This will be the IP address that is visible from outside the district network.
