Recording Assessment Exam Scores (admin)
Recording assessment exam scores into eSIS when coordinated through the building administration. The following procedure is a step-by-step guide on how to accurately record the assessment exam scores, and is based on the Standardized Test Recording role.

RECORDING ASSESSMENT EXAM SCORES IN eSIS
At the request of our eSIS Secondary Principal representatives, recording assessment exam scores
into eSIS will be coordinated through the building administration. The following procedure is a step-by-step
guide on how to accurately record the assessment exam scores, and is based on the Standardized Test
Recording role.
STEP #1: Navigate to
the Student
Standardized Testing
screen from
Standardized Test
Recording role
A. Select
Standardized
Test Recording
from the Current
Role menu.
B. Click on the +
symbol to
expand the
Student Data
folder
C. Click on the + symbol to expand the Other
Info folder
D. Double click to open the Student
Standardized Testing screen.
STEP #2: From the
Student Standardized
Testing screen, end
users can query
students. To query all
students, press F7 then
F8.
Note: At this time,
queries are by student,
not class.

STEP #3: How to select the
appropriate assessment
exam
1. Click the ADD button
2. From the pop-up Add Test
window, click on the ?
button, and select
appropriate assessment
exam. End users can add
multiple exams, but can only
enter scores one
assessment at a time.
3. Enter exam date
(mm/dd/yyyy), grade level
(change if needed), and
location assessment exam
was taken. Click Ok.
STEP #4: Entering assessment

exam results
he selected assessment exam is
now identified under the Tests
heading.
1. Next, select Sub Test
Detail. The Sub Test Detail
window will now be
displayed.
2. In the Progress field, click
once within the white field
and type in the assessment
score.
Note: If assessment scores are not entered in the Progress field, the assessment results
will not be displayed on the report card.
Click the Save button when completed.
