A brief set of directions for a possible solution to the Real Math hang-up.
We were having the same problems here at Futures. What worked for us was:
- use Safari (on Macs)
- update Adobe Flash and Shockwave
- if you are running Mac OS X v10.3 (Panther) then intstall Flash Player 9
- if you are running Mac OS X v10.4 (Tiger) or higher then install Flash Player 10
- update Java
- on the PC side the Java updater will pop up after you install the Adobe updates
- on the Mac side you can run the SOFTWARE UPDATE under the APPLE MENU - if an update is needed for Java it will find it and install it
